Control and management
In the interest of shareholders of mutual trust funds, a shared system of management, registration and control was developed for trust management.

Three organizations participate in the work of mutual trust funds. They are Managing Companies, Specialized Depositary and Specialized Registrar. All of them have required licenses for their activity.

All documents, assets and capital of trust funds are stored not at Managing companies, but on separate account of funds in the Specialized Depositary (Penson Financial Services, Inc). Cash is stored on special account in the system of Specialized Registrar (Inway World Corporation). This fact makes it impossible to manipulate the funds of investors.

Basic function of the Specialized Depositary is to control the activity of the Managing company, and also where this company invests the funds of investors. This is done to keep to the charter of the fund and maintain the structure of portfolio according to the investment declaration of the fund.

Basic function of the Specialized Registrar is to support the register of owner of shares, and provide technical support for IntwayFunds system in general.

Independent auditing company annually checks the authenticity of accounting documents and reports of the Managing companies of each trust fund.

Decrease of risk when investing in mutual trust funds is possible because the investor receives regular access to information about the activity of these funds and managing companies, as well as share price changes and structure of assets of the funds.
